  • 3/4 oz yellow Chartreuse
  • 3/4 oz Aperol

  • Ice cubes
  • Lime twist or wheel for garnish

Step by Step on How to Make the Mezcal Chartreuse Aperol Lime Drink

  • Chill Your Glass: Start by chilling your glass. For this cocktail we recommend a coupette or martini glass.
You can chill it by keeping it in the freezer or by filling it with ice and water and letting it sit while you prepare the rest.
  • Mixing: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the mezcal, yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
  • Shake Vigorously: Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  • Strain and Serve: strain the cocktail into your glass. If you had the glass chilling with ice and water, remove it first.
  • Garnish (optional): Enhance the presentation by garnishing your Almost Famous Cocktail with a lime twist or a lime wheel.
