1,75 oz Mezcal
0,75 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Honey-Pineapple Syrup
0,5 oz Lime Juice
3 – 4 dashes of smoked chili bitters special for cocktails
Ingredients to make the Honey-Pineapple Syrup
To make the syrup for this cocktail you will need:
2 cups of Honey
1 cup Hot Water
around 50 Pink Peppercorns
A cubed Pineapple (whole)
Steps on how to make the Syrup
In a bottle or jar Combine 2 cups of honey and 1 cup of hot water in a bottle or jar
Stir or shake the mixture until well combined.
Set the mixture aside.
In a separate container, crush together 50 pink peppercorns and a whole pineapple using a muddler.
Mix together the crushed peppercorn-pineapple mixture with the honey-hot water mixture.
