Each month we have the great pleasure of featuring another stellar drink recipe sent to us from our Del Maguey craft bartender family from around the world. We are grateful for the love and recipes.

• 40 ml Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
• 5 ml H.Theoria Hystérie
• 5 Dashes Cacao Bitter
• 10 ml Acaï Syrup
• Top up with Three Cents Cherry Soda

Fill a highball glass with ice and add all ingredients except the soda and stir. Top with cherry soda, stir gently once more. Garnish with cherries and serve.
